TFEX will adjust the position limit according to the following criteria. 1. TFEX will review and announce the new Speculative position limit every 6 months. During the period of 6 months, TFEX may adjust position limits in the case that there is more than 10% change in the number of all paid up shares of the underlying stock. 2. If the new Speculative position limit is lower than the open position currently held by any investors, TFEX will allow investors to hold their existing position until the expiration but may not add to their current position. ______________________________________________________________________
