Eurazeo to Sell EUR260 Million of PME Fund Assets

01:55 AM EST, 12/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eurazeo (RF.PA) said Friday it agreed to sell 260 million euros of assets, representing 50% of its stake in the PME III and PME IV funds, to an unnamed third party. The European investment group's deal is part of its balance sheet rotation strategy. Upon completion, it will retain a 20% balance-sheet exposure to each fund, with the assets transferred to a dedicated fund managed by Eurazeo.
