Burjeel Holdings' Board OKs Appointment of Founder/Chair as CEO

10:46 AM EST, 12/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Burjeel Holdings' (ADX:BURJEEL) Founder and Nonexecutive Chairman Shamsheer Vayalil was approved by the healthcare company's board to become its chief executive officer. The board also cleared the conclusion of the co-CEO roles held by John Sunil and Safeer Ahamed, according to a Thursday release. Vayalil's appointment is now subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
