Recall AI Doubles Headquarters Space in SOMA Lease with Clarion

Transwestern Real Estate Services represented Clarion Partners in a 14,969-square-foot headquarters lease for Recall AI at 475 Brannan St. in San Francisco’s SOMA submarket. EVPs Mike McCarthy and Brian McCarthy and VP Maddie Meyersieck represented building ownership.

Recall AI, which provides an infrastructure to retrieve recordings, transcripts and metadata from video conferencing platforms, signed a lease on the second floor. The new office almost doubles the AI firm’s space at its previous headquarters. Recall AI was represented by Dan Johnson and Kat Kozlowski of JLL.

“Recall AI’s lease at 475 Brannan is another strong indicator of the vibrant tenant demand coming from the AI sector and reinforces the SOMA submarket’s position as the preferred location for this rapidly growing industry,” said McCarthy. “It also reflects a broader trend among companies of this size that are prioritizing move-in-ready, fully built out and furnished spec suites.”
