SED Energy Shareholder Divests Shares

05:36 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SED Energy Holdings' (ENH.OL) selling shareholder, Energy Ventures IV, sold 18.7 million A shares of the company, raising 140 million Norwegian kroner, according to a Wednesday release. Following the sale, the shareholder owns 5.15% of the industrial investor's total outstanding shares and 6.05% of its outstanding A shares. SED Energy will not receive any proceeds from the share sale.
