Kropz, Opponents Agree to Extend Legal Stay

04:54 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Kropz (KRPZ.L) said Wednesday that the stay on a legal claim by Teh Hong Eng Investments Holding and Meridian Investment Group against the company and its Cominco Resources subsidiary was extended to March 31, 2026, from Dec. 31, 2025. The claim, which was filed in the English High Court, concerns an alleged violation of Teh Hong Eng Investments Holding's right of first refusal to purchase Cominco when the phosphate production company made a purchase offer to the subsidiary's shareholders in November 2018. The parties have now mutually agreed to extend the stay on the litigation.
