Fulcrum Metals to Raise Funds Via Bonus Warrant Acceleration Offer

The mineral extraction and exploration group said the offer period will close Jan. 16, 2026, and holders can exercise the warrants at the stated exercise price. Proceeds were earmarked to further the company's Teck-Hughes and Sylvanite tailings projects, for opportunity reviews and general working capital.
