03:04 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- All Things Considered Group (ATC.L, ATC.AQ) began trading on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday under the ticker ATC, and delisted from the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market. The music company raised 8.6 million pounds sterling through a placing and subscription of 6,880,000 shares priced at 1.25 pound each, giving it a market capitalization of 29.3 million pounds, according to a Wednesday release. Net proceeds will be used as additional working capital to bring in new managers, agents, and artist clients, invest in technology infrastructure and data integration, strengthen the management team, and further develop the company's merchandise. Allenby Capital served as broker for the fundraising and admission, while Ocean Wall acted as placing agent.
