Stendörren Fastigheter Enters Seven-year Lease Deal in Sweden

02:08 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Stendörren Fastigheter (STEF-B.ST) said Wednesday it struck a lease contract with Lagerstedts Bilservice for a property in Stockholm, Sweden. The seven-year deal covers the Blixtlampan 1 property, which spans 2,000 square meters. The tenant, who will use the space for car damage repairs, will take occupancy in June 2026. The Swedish property company expects the lease to result in a net operating income of 3.2 million kronor annually.
