EQT, Butterfly HoldCo Wrap Up Sale of Enity Shares

12:03 PM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EQT's (EQT.ST) EQT VII fund affiliate Butterfly HoldCo grossed 664 million kronor after completing the placement of 8 million shares in Nordic specialist mortgage provider Enity Holding (ENITY.ST). The Swedish private equity giant's fund received 565 million kronor from the proceeds, according to a Tuesday release. ABG Sundal Collier, Nordea Bank, filial i Sverige and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken served as joint bookrunners for the share placing.
