Two Point Zero Group Unit Consolidates Ownership of Maseera Holding

The investment company's E Point Zero via Lumen Aegis acquired the remaining 5% stake it did not own from Amro Abouesh, who stepped down as Maseera's chief executive officer, according to a Tuesday filing.
