Mutares to Buy Venator France's Ultramarine Pigments Business

12:07 PM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mutares (MUX.F) submitted an offer to purchase Venator France's ultramarine pigments business, bolstering the capabilities of its infrastructure and special industry segment. The irrevocable offer includes Venator Chemicals France, Venator International France and Venator Pigments France, which manufactures ultramarine blue, violet and pink pigments, according to a Monday release. The German private equity holding company expects the deal to complete in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining the works council's opinion, judicial authorization and customary regulatory approvals.
