Haydale Graphene Industries Raises GBP4.7 Million via Accelerated Bookbuild

07:41 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Haydale Graphene Industries (HAYD.L) said Monday it concluded its accelerated bookbuild, raising 4.7 million pounds sterling at an issue price of 0.005 pound per share. The British advanced materials group noted that the proceeds were 700,000 pounds lower than initially targeted after certain market counterparties failed to confirm orders. Together with the subscriptions, the total amount the company raised was 5.3 million pounds.
