Aterian Granted Prospecting License within Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana

05:48 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aterian (ATN.L) secured a three-year prospecting license within the Botswana-based Kalahari Copper Belt, according to a Monday release. The license, held by Aterian's Atlantis Metals (Pty) unit and can be renewed, covers 396.24 square kilometers and marks the critical mineral exploration and development company's 11th prospecting license in the area. As such, Aterian will incorporate the license into the exploration strategy of its joint venture with Lithosquare and set priorities for future drilling program targets, among others.
