Vietnam Enterprise Investments Launches Tender Offer for Up to 10% of Share Capital

04:59 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vietnam Enterprise Investments (VEIL.L) commenced a tender offer for up to 10% of its total share capital on Monday. The offer will be priced at a 3% discount to the prevailing adjusted net asset value per share at the calculation date, scheduled for Jan. 16, 2026. The tender price will be announced on Jan. 20, 2026. The investment company added that it also intends to carry out two additional tender offers, each for a further 10% of its share capital, in the next 12 months.
