Relief Therapeutics, NeuroX Group Finalize Merger

01:24 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Relief Therapeutics (RLF.SW) and neurotech company NeuroX Group concluded their merger, conducted through a share exchange transaction. The new combined entity will be called MindMaze Therapeutics Holding (MMTX.SW) and will trade under the MMTX ticker on the SIX Swiss Exchange, according to a Monday release. A definitive merger deal was disclosed in October and approved by shareholders in November.
