Repsol Completes EUR300 Million Share Buyback Program

11:48 PM EST, 12/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Repsol (REP.MC) said Dec. 12 it completed its 300 million-euro share buyback program initiated for capital reduction. The Spanish energy company repurchased a total of 19,264,837 shares in the program, which had a deadline of Dec. 30 but was terminated earlier after the maximum buyback amount was reached.
