Forvia Plans Early Redemption of EUR200 Million Notes

11:27 PM EST, 12/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- French automotive supplier Forvia (FRVIA.PA) announced an early redemption of 200 million euros worth of its 700 million-euro 3.750% notes due 2028. The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 24, with a record date of Dec. 23. The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the principal amount along with accrued and unpaid interest, according to a Dec. 12 release.
