Exor Confirms Rejection of Tether Investments' Acquisition Bid for Juventus Football Club

11:26 PM EST, 12/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exor (EXO.AS) confirmed on Dec. 13 that its directors unanimously rejected Tether Investments' unsolicited proposal to buy Juventus Football Club. With the confirmation, the Dutch investment holding company also reiterated that it does not intend to sell shares in the Italian professional football club to any third party, including the El Salvador-based offeror.
