Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co. Declares Q3 Dividend

(SASE:9594) will distribute a dividend for the third quarter, which will be paid in six installments of 0.01 Saudi riyal apiece. The Saudi Arabia-based hospital management company said Sunday that first installment will be payable on Jan. 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 21, 2025. The second and third installments are payable on Feb. 1, 2026, and March 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on Jan. 18, 2026, and Feb. 15, 2026, respectively. Meanwhile, the fourth installment will be distributed on April 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on March 9, 2026, while the fifth and sixth installments will be paid on May 3, 2026, and June 7, 2026, to shareholders of record as of April 19, 2026, and May 12, 2026, respectively.
