Saudi Arabian Amiantit Enters Water Distribution, Transmission MoU in Libya

01:09 AM EST, 12/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabian Amiantit (SASE:2160) said Sunday it entered into an agreement with Libya's Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity to boost the country's water distribution and transmission sector. Under the three-year memorandum of understanding, the company will design and implement drinking water, wastewater, and sludge treatment facilities, as well as operate and maintain stations, among others. Additionally, the company will deliver technical and feasibility studies, as well as training and capacity building services for engineers and technicians in Libya.
