Nightingale Health Science Chief to Step Down

12:19 PM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nightingale Health (HEALTH.HE) on Friday outlined several changes in its management team as part of its restructuring and focus shift towards its healthcare business. Chief Scientific Officer Jeffrey Barrett will step down by March 2026, at the latest, and no successor will be appointed. The Finnish preventative health company will, instead, hire a chief medical officer to oversee clinical work and the commercial adoption of products. Meanwhile, Nightingale Health said it initiated the recruitment process for a permanent chief financial officer to succeed Tuukka Paavola, who resigned on Monday, as announced the same day.
