Eutelsat Group Raises EUR670 Million via Rights Offering

03:04 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eutelsat Group (ETL.PA) said Friday it raised 669.8 million euros through an oversubscribed rights offering of 496,129,728 new shares at 1.35 euros per share. The subscription period for the offering closed on Tuesday, with the issue and settlement of the new shares expected on Dec. 16. The French satellite operator plans to use the offering proceeds, together with its reserved capital increases, to strengthen its financial structure and fund strategic plans.
