Cash dairy prices steady-to-lower Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were steady-to-lower Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.7450.  No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0075 at $1.3475.  Ten sales were recorded, ranging from $1.33 to $1.3475.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.4125.  No sales were recorded.  Butter prices were unchanged at $1.4775. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $1.4775 to $1.48.  Nonfat dry milk was down $0.01 at $1.1650.  One sale was recorded at that price.
