Tiffany Shimada has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Partner in the Trademark group in Salt Lake City.
Tiffany returns to Dorsey from Greenberg Traurig, where she was a Partner after practicing at Dorsey as a Partner. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.S. in Finance from Indiana University.
Tiffany advises clients with trademark, copyright, advertising, social media, and complex brand protection and management issues. With a background in intellectual property valuation, Tiffany understands and respects the worth of intangible assets and enjoys helping clients maximize their value.
