Impero to Raise DKK15 Million via Share Placement

07:39 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Impero (IMPERO.CO) launched a private placement of 2,343,750 new shares at 6.40 Danish kroner apiece to raise 15 million kroner. The subscription period for the placement will close on Friday, the Danish software company said Tuesday. Impero plans to use the proceeds to gain financial flexibility for investments in commercial opportunities. The company noted the private placement will not affect its full-year financial guidance.
