Mendell Helium Raises Funds via Subscription, Convertible Loan Note

05:54 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mendell Helium (MDH.AQ) raised 513,000 pounds sterling via a subscription offer and an unsecured repayable convertible loan note facility. The helium company issued 7,102,320 shares, with investors getting one warrant per two shares subscribed, according to a Tuesday release. Additionally, it noted that the loan note facility's conversion to shares will be priced up to 0.045 pound apiece, subject to whether the facility was converted before or after its admission to the London bourse's AIM segment. Mendell added that the loan note will expire on April 30, 2026, if not drawn down or converted.
