Notification of the Dissolution of Subsidiaries

The Board of Directors' Meeting No. 16/2568, held on 8 December 2025, approved the dissolution of two subsidiaries. The dissolution is due to the fact that both subsidiaries have ceased business operations and winding them up will help reduce administrative burdens and expenses.
