Block Energy plc In Talks for Farm‑In Deal for Project III Farm-Out in Georgia

05:12 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Block Energy plc (BLOE.L) said Monday it received a nonbinding farm-in offer from an unnamed "large energy company" for its Project III Farm-Out in Georgia. The offer includes a full carry of the Patardzueli-Samgori appraisal program and the construction and hook-up of a 20 million cubic feet per day early-production facility valued at between $25 million and $30 million. The London-listed oil and gas company noted that the indicative offer is subject to binding agreements and Georgian government approval.
