TruCore Industrial Acquires Two Properties in Tulsa

TruCore Industrial announced the sale-leaseback acquisition of two industrial warehouse properties located at 6566 E. Skelly Drive and 4620 S. Memorial Drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The acquisition was facilitated by the Colliers Net Lease Capital Markets Team, with representation from Phillip Butts, Ken Hedrick and Andrew Ragsdale, who served as brokers on the transaction.
TruCore Industrial will continue to support the tenant’s operations through net lease structures aligned with each location’s strategic role within the broader Fellers distribution and service network.

The properties are fully leased to Fellers, Inc., a leading national supplier of sign and graphic films, vinyl wrap supplies, and related equipment. Spanning more than 58,000 square feet on 4.65 acres, the two properties offer a mix of warehouse and office space along major transportation routes.
