Time to Act Unit Lands Design Services Deal for Generator Technology

07:45 AM EST, 12/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Time to Act plc's (TTA.AQ) GreenSpur Wind subsidiary struck a deal with Severn Estuary Tidal Bar to evaluate the application of its axial-flux generator technology as a submerged wet generator within tidal turbine systems. Under the design services contract, GreenSpur Wind will undertake a feasibility and design study on how its technology can be implemented in Severn Estuary's very-low head tidal turbine systems, according to a Friday filing. The study is expected to be completed in January 2026. Subject to successful technical and commercial outcomes of the study, the companies plan to discuss a licensing agreement for the use of GreenSpur's intellectual property.
