Beijer Ref to Acquire Refspecs in New Zealand

02:38 AM EST, 12/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Beijer Ref (BEIJ-B.ST) said Friday it agreed to buy New Zealand-based Refspecs, a wholesaler of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of relevant regulators. The Swedish refrigeration and climate control group expects the purchase to have a minor positive impact on its results.
