SIX Group Names New Board Chairman

02:08 AM EST, 12/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SIX Group named André Helfenstein as the new board chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2026. Helfenstein, who previously served as the chief executive officer of lender Credit Suisse's Switzerland business, will succeed Thomas Wellauer, according to a Friday release. Meanwhile, Wellauer will step down at the end of 2025 and will remain a board member until the company's annual general meeting on May 6, 2026.
