  • Arrow Real Estate Advisors, a leading real estate finance advisory firm, has appointed two senior advisors, Ronnie Levine and Seth Grossman, strengthening its capital markets capabilities. Levine and Grossman are founding partners of Green Pine Real Estate, a real estate investment platform that they will continue to operate. Both previously served as senior managing directors at Meridian Capital Group, with Levine based in New York City and Grossman in Los Angeles. 
  • Cushman & Wakefield hired Joanna Manfro as managing director, Northeast retail investment sales. Manfro will focus on advancing client advisory, expanding market relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the Northeast. She will be a part of the firm’s Tri-State Capital Markets team, as well as the National Retail Investment Advisors team, led by vice chair Mark Gilbert.
  • Newbond Holdings has made two significant senior additions to its asset management team as it continues to scale its hospitality portfolio. Anjali Agarwal has joined as SVP of asset management, bringing a 25-year track record across hospitality real estate investment, operations and strategy. Hampus Streiffert has joined as VP of asset management, overseeing the strategic and financial performance of Newbond’s hospitality portfolio. 
  • Safehold Inc. has appointed Michael Trachtenberg, a real estate industry veteran with more than two decades of operational experience, as president of the company. Trachtenberg will oversee operations and execution across the business, working directly with Safehold’s CEO, Jay Sugarman. 
  • Seaport Entertainment Group Inc. said its board of directors has appointed Lenah Elaiwat as EVP, CFO and treasurer. The appointment, following Elaiwat’s successful tenure as the interim CFO, is effective immediately. 
  • The Real Estate Limited Partner Institute (RELPI) announced the growth of its executive team with the addition of Ephraim Poloner as managing director, strategy. Poloner will help expand RELPI’s platform of successful meetings, events and conferences devoted to the global institutional investment community for the commercial real estate class.  
  • CounterpointeSRE has hired Daniela Manolova as director, clean energy, and David Stewart as director, national originations. Manolova, who joins from BlackRock, will work to expand the firm’s climate infrastructure and energy investment efforts, with a focus on renewable power and battery storage. Stewart is expected to play a pivotal role in both C-PACE and mortgage originations, bringing more than 20 years of experience across multiple asset classes.  
  • PermitFlow, an AI platform for construction, has raised $54 million in Series B funding led by Accel, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, Felicis, Initialized Capital, Altos Ventures, Y Combinator and existing investors. The company says that builders using PermitFlow’s platform have shortened timelines by up to 60%, reduced administrative workloads by 90%, and achieved 5× ROI.
