Incap to Buy German Manufacturer Lacon Group for EUR50 Million

06:31 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Electronics manufacturing services company Incap (ICP1V.HE) said Thursday it agreed to purchase Lacon Group, a manufacturing company with facilities in Germany and Romania, in a deal valued at 50 million euros. The transaction includes a potential earn-out of up to 5 million euros payable in 2027, subject to the target company's 2026 performance. Closing of the deal is slated for the first quarter of 2026, subject to German and Romanian foreign direct investment control approvals.
