Ondo InsurTech Raises GBP2 Million via Share Placement, Subscription

05:34 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondo InsurTech (ONDO.L) said Thursday it raised 2.3 million pounds sterling through a share sale. The UK-listed claims prevention technology company issued 6.1 million shares via placing and 3,031,200 shares via placement, both at 0.25 pound per share. Ondo InsurTech is also launching a retail offer of 800,000 shares at the same price for its existing shareholders in the UK, which is expected to gross 200,000 pounds.
