80 Mile to Raise GBP2 Million via Share Placing

05:13 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- 80 Mile (80M.L) plans to raise 2 million pounds sterling via a share placing of 400 million shares at 0.005 pound apiece. The exploration and development company said Thursday it will use the proceeds for working capital and its Hydrogen Valley unit's asset development. Admission of the shares on the AIM segment of the London bourse is expected on Dec. 12.
