EQT to Acquire Majority Stake in Australian PropTech Group PropertyMe

04:04 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EQT (EQT.ST) said Thursday it will invest in PropertyMe through its BPEA Mid-Market Growth Partnership fund, becoming a majority investor in the Australian cloud-based PropTech company. The Swedish private equity firm aims to bolster PropertyMe's innovation and product development by leveraging its digital expertise and network of industry advisors. The deal is EQT's second Australian investment through the BPEA Mid-Market Growth Partnership fund.
