Yellow Cake Swings to Fiscal H1 Profit

02:22 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yellow Cake (YCA.L) said Thursday it returned to profit and recorded uranium gains for the fiscal first half. Pretax profit attributable to equity owners for the six months ended Sept. 30 was $373.3 million, compared with a loss of $87.6 million earlier. EPS moved to $1.72 from a loss per share of $0.40. The uranium company's total uranium gains were $380.5 million, compared with losses of $81 million a year ago.
