2P Buys Saudi Commercial Building for SAR83 Million

(SASE:7204), d/b/a 2P, purchased an operational commercial building in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from Faisal Abdullah Saad Al-Ammar. The 3005-square-meter property was bought for 83 million Saudi riyals for the purpose of expanding the IT group's operations and increasing noncurrent assets, according to a Thursday release. The transaction was funded through long-term facilities.
