Argo Blockchain Wins Restructuring Plan Approval from Shareholders, Noteholders, Creditor

12:21 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Argo Blockchain (ARB.L) secured approval for its restructuring plan at three plan meetings and a general meeting conducted on Tuesday. The British cryptocurrency company said Wednesday that 81.70% of the shareholders, all noteholders of its 8.75% senior notes due 2026, as well as its secured lender Growler Mining Tuscaloosa, voted in favor of the restructuring plan. Argo Blockchain noted that the process remains contingent on the court's approval, for which a hearing is planned for Dec. 8.
