Quantum Base Raises GBP4 Million via Share Placing

07:30 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Base Holdings (QUBE.L) raised 4 million pounds sterling by issuing 19,253,282 placing shares. The authentication-focused quantum science company said Wednesday it plans to raise up to an additional 750,000 pounds through a retail offer of up to 3,571,428 shares. The retail offer is scheduled to close on Friday.
