CapMan, Inter Ikea Group Agree Deal for Forest Portfolio in Latvia, Lithuania

07:12 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nordic private equity company CapMan (CAPMAN.HE) plans to sell forest assets in Latvia and Lithuania to Inter Ikea Group. The 24,000-hectare portfolio has reached a mature stage under CapMan Natural Capital's management, according to a Wednesday release. The sale is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory clearances.
