Entra Signs 10-Year Lease Deal for Norwegian Property Space

06:12 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Entra (ENTRA.OL) entered a 10-year lease deal with the Norwegian State Housing Bank, or Husbanken, for an 800 square-meter space in the Nonnesetergaten 4 building in Norway. The Norwegian real estate company said Wednesday that Husbanken's lease at the 17,300 square-meter property will begin in the second quarter of 2026. Entra added that the Bergen-based building is under renovation, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
