Care Property Invest Buys Belgian Care Home Properties for EUR143 Million

05:17 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Care Property Invest (CPINV.BR) said Wednesday it acquired nine nursing and care home properties in Belgium for a total of 142.6 million euros. The Belgian healthcare real estate investor noted that the assets, located across Flanders and Soignies in Wallonia, Belgium, are operated by French nursing home operator Clariane's (CLARI.PA) Korian Belgium, and include 830 residential care beds and 191 assisted-living units. Care Property Invest completed the acquisition by purchasing 100% shares of Welfare Estate.
