DoValue, Banco Santander Renew New Loan Management Partnership

The transaction replaces the companies' existing contract, which expires in December 2025, according to a Wednesday release. It includes an initial two-year period starting Jan. 1, 2026, with options for potential extensions. DoValue noted that the new agreement will concentrate on high-quality and younger non-performing loan vintages.
