Clariane Completes Sale of Nine Care Home Properties for EUR143 Million in Belgium

03:30 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Clariane (CLARI.PA) completed the sale of nine Belgian nursing and care home properties to healthcare real estate investor Care Property Invest (CPINV.BR) for 143 million euros. The French nursing home operator noted that the assets, developed between 2010 and 2025, are operated by Korian's (KORI.PA) unit Korian Belgium, which will continue to operate the facilities under a 20-year lease deal, according to a Wednesday release. The 74 million-euro proceeds from the 52.2% stake in the properties will be used to reduce debt, supporting its strategy to streamline the real estate portfolio.
