UK's 4imprint Group Names New Chair

Forman, who will join the UK-listed promotional products selling company as chair designate on Jan. 1, 2026, previously served as the chief executive officer of Essentra (ESNT.L) and Coats Group (COA.L), according to a Wednesday release.
