Big Yellow Group Flags Higher Annual Rates Bill for FY27

02:38 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Big Yellow Group (BYG.L) said Wednesday it expects annual rates bill for fiscal 2027 to increase by 1.8 million pounds sterling from the current position. The British self-storage company expects the annual bill for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, to reach 22.9 million pounds for stores open as of March 31, 2025. The company attributed the higher rate to changes introduced in the November 2025 UK Budget.
