Saudi Exchange Sets Fluctuation Limits for Marble Design Co.'s Capital Increase

01:34 AM EST, 12/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Saudi Exchange set the fluctuation limits for Marble Design Co.'s (SASE:9575) capital increase through bonus shares approved at its extra general meeting on Tuesday. The limits will be based on the Saudi Arabian natural marble company's share price of 5.88 Saudi riyals, with outstanding orders to be canceled, according to a Wednesday release. Saudi's Edaa will deposit the additional shares to investors' portfolios by Dec. 7.
